**OUR POLICY**

Appointments are to be booked and managed (including rescheduling and cancellations) online using our online booking system (Timely).

Please be mindful when booking the appointment that you’re confident in what to book.
If unsure, please message prior.

Please remove all makeup prior to your appointment.

Cancellations / reschedule's MUST be made 24hrs prior to your appointment.
If failed to do so your card will be charged at 50% of the service/s that you have booked.

No shows will receive a phone call 5 minutes after your booked time to see how far away you are. No answer will then receive a text message 10 minutes later to notify that your card has been charged at 100% of the service/s you had booked. No shows may or may not be rebooked at my sole discretion.

Only cash or card is accepted. Payment must be made in salon on the day of your appointment.

Please cancel / reschedule if you are unwell as soon as possible. If showing signs of sickness on arrival, your appointment may be cancelled. In the event that you fail to cancel / reschedule your appointment because of sickness prior to 24 hours from your appointment, I reserve my right to apply a cancellation / no show fee pursuant to the cancellation / no show policy contained within at my sole discretion taking into consideration the specific circumstances.

I do not fill other lash technicians work. A fee will be applied to remove the pre-existing lashes before a fresh full set. Please book a removal prior to new lashes if this is the case. If failed to do so this will cut into your lashing time and we won't be able to achieve your desired look.

Infills must be 40% full to qualify for our infill price. If lashes are below 40% full you will be charged for a full set. If unsure if you will qualify for the 2-3 week price, please don't hesitate to message me prior to your appointment. Anything after 3 weeks (21 days) is classed as a full set.

I understand that if I change my current skincare routine or begin new medication that this may effect the overall look. I will inform my brow/ lash artist prior to my next appointment of these new changes.

I understand that there is a potential risk involved for the service/s that I have chosen to receive.
I acknowledge that if an irritation/ reaction does occurs, that I will contact my brow/ lash technician immediately and will seek professional medical help from a licensed doctor.

If you are unhappy with your service please contact me within the first 24hrs. I will communicate with you in an attempt for a solution to be reached.
